This Hardee’s is terrible!!! I went this morning, and the manager was outside smoking and on her phone. No problem, everyone is entitled to a break. So I went in and stood at the counter. I said hello and the drive through lady barked at me,”I’ll be with you shortly!” when i said good morning. Very rude!!! I stood there 5-8 more minutes, and no one came to take my order. Ever! When I went outside the manager wasn’t there anymore. Since I had to be at work by 7, I left.

i recommend checking the bag before you leave. they always upsell the combos and when you get home with it, there's no hash browns and the biscuit is so hard and old you can't eat it. so, I wasted $6 and have no breakfast. you would think with the dining room closed, they could get the drive through orders right. we need better breakfast options in gallatin.

Hardee's in Gallatin TN offers a breakfast platter with a biscuit, gravy, egg, hash browns, and bacon. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. The food is always fresh and tasted great. The service is always amazing, super fast and friendly. The staff did an awesome job and everybody was so polite and professional. Meals like the steak biscuits were delivered hot and fresh. The morning staff received positive reviews for their friendliness and efficiency.
