Food and service absolutely amazing. The fake decor on the table was cute but super dusty, it should probably be removed.

Compared to Mikado's and Sakura, it was a bit more eclectic. A bit smaller than the others which gave it a more cozy feel. It's the Only place I know of that serves Japanese Sodas‼️ The Dinner for two was especially affordable, nice touch I haven't seen others offer.

The food is absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are well made to suit someone like me who always is looking for larger portions at a good price.

The service I would say has been the best part about this place. The hostess that greeted me answered my questions and was very enthusiastic and encouraging for me to try the hibachi (which will definitely have next time I visit) and the waitress who served me, I hope I spell it correctly, Mary was absolutely delightful, she answered my questions and gave me grace when I was a little confused, she was very friendly and patient with me. If possible she deserves some kind of reward.

The only thing that bothered me is not really an issue at all, just a minor inconvenience that the tv interrupted the music.

Thank you! Will absolutely be back very soon!

We will never go back. For starters, the prices are outrageous for the quality of the food. The sushi prices are quite high for a casual spot in Gallatin. The quality of the sushi was questionable, and several pieces of nigiri did not taste fresh. Save your time and money and go to Sapporo if you want good Japanese/korean food around Gallatin.

Fish was discolored, a weird texture, and tasted off. Couldn't finish the roll I ordered and the seaweed salad was swimming in sauce

Koi is our go to spot for a quick hibachi or sushi fix. The food is always good, and service is nice. The building is a little dated and the dining area has a it of a musty smell, but everything else is excellent.

This review is based off the Gallatin restaurant. This is the 3rd time eating there. I ordered off their lunch menu, the Hibachi chicken with spicy rice. It was good as the other times I ordered it. For some reason, their salad always looks like it was from yesterday…brownish salad.
Either way, the chicken, vegetables and rice was flavorful. I would order it again.
As always, the girl who took my order was pleasant and helpful.

The food was ok. Services on the table side was horrible. I waited patiently as the server lady took everyone else's order that sat down after me. She avoided me the entire time. She would walk really fast past my table but stopped to ask others do they need anything. I'm not sure why that is but I will not come here again because if it. The time is 7:37 on 6/9/2025

Ordered 2 sushi rolls an chirasi don. My daughter did not care to much for her roll. I had the rainbow roll and some of the fish was too fishy and did not taste well. The chirasi Don was awful. The tuna had a bad fish taste an smell and was brown. The white tuna is supposed to have a sweet taste but was sour. The octopus and the rice was the best part of the dish.

Used to be a good little hibachi spot. The cooks are amazing but the waiting staff is horrible. Prices are fair but check your bill before paying or they will try and screw you.
