Not sure what's up with the lower ratings, because this Krystal's food was hot and delicious.The service was great.My online order was ready very quickly.There was not an obscene line in the drive thru.They skimped on pickles on the Chiks, but every Krystal does that in the history of Krystals.Maybe I have more of an appreciation since I've been living in White Castle land for 5 years and missing it terribly....but ya'll better APPRECIATE.

Food was great and fresh which it should have since we waited like 15 minutes after being pulled to a parking spot to wait. The lady on the speaker was rude and took our order wrong. Then waited at window forever with no one even acknowledging that we was at the window. Customer service could be so so much better here.

This is the worst Krystal I have ever visited. I can't rate the food as I never had my order taken. Hardly any customers here, and the drive thru never moved fifteen minutes. Whoever the manager is, needs to be fired as well as the lazy employees.

Their hours weren't correct for when they closed so when my fiance placed an order on the app after their working hours she couldn't get her food. So she was charged and when she spoke to someone about it they were really rude. They also won't less us speak with the manager in charge and won't give us information about how to contact a district manager or someone else up the corporate chain. It's been 8 days that she and I have been trying to get refunded for the order.

The workers who bag your food don't wear gloves. I seen one lady scratch her face then handle other people's food. She had her bare hands directly on top of someone's french fries. There's a sanitation problem here and it needs to be addressed.

5 star service from hell. The poor guy manning the window couldn't have been there unless by force. I'm certain by looking at him trying to do a service to me,his customer. That he was possibly realizing this franchise was in big trouble. It's not functional starting with the owners expecting customers to eat food prepared by employees who care so little about cleanliness, housekeeping and serving well prepared foods to families who are trusting that order is cooked and healthy. But it again falls back on ownership. If the owners are not taking an active roll in seeing that procedure and policy are followed, chances are somebody's going to suffer. The employees will only pass to mgmt. But it will inevitably be bad for the customer. All because mgmt sold the customer short. Be safe. Learn to cook.

I was ordering my food and the lady that took my order couldn't hear me I guess, and rung my order up wrong, when I got to the window I told her what I wanted and the price was not right. We parked and I went in and spoke with a Manger, who took my order again and gave me a different price, she told me that she was going to refund my order so I gave her my card and she went to the drive thru window and then returned with my card, but they never returned anything to my card and over charged me and didn't give me any straws. The food was okay. But I will not be returning to this location.
