We had stopped going because the orders were alway wrong. We went lady night and had the same result, order wrong. The counter person was very distant and unfriendly. That was our last visit ever

Great Food!!! Hot, Fast, and Tasty!!! The Mac-n-Cheese is one of a kind.

Just went through drive-thru, order was wrong like it ALWAYS is here. Went in to get the items I didn't have (like I ALWAYS have to do) and was told since they gave me sides already (not the ones I ordered) that they could RING ME UP FOR WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Stormed out and if I'm smart will literally never be back.

The staff was real friendly, and helpful. However, I like my chicken fresh at the grease and I didn’t get that experience.

I genuinely don’t know how they do it, but there is ALWAYS a 50/50 shot that anytime you order from here, your chicken will be only halfway cooked and still raw on the inside. My wife picked up dinner for us tonight and thank god mine is fully cooked. (Atleast I think, I only ate half of my 2 pieces) and my pregnant wife got chicken tenders and immediately opened it up and it was completely raw on the inside. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business with people that are this bad at frying things on a TIMER. Like genuinely it’s getting to be a point where they need to either shut it down or let everyone go and start over again. Absolutely ridiculous that it’s every single time.

Order my food through the drive thru. Told me to pull up and wait. 3 people behind me got there food. So 15 minutes later I went in and showed them my recipe and still had to wait for them to cook it. Do better.

Stopped in here to grab a quick bite to eat the other night, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was amazing, and the red beans and rice are always a favorite of mine.

Drive thru app order. Ordered it in the parking lot, so I didn't expect it to be immediately ready. Took a few minutes, but they got it exactly correct. Hot food, nice and spicy! Great service!

Always out of spicy chicken. I used to have Popeyes when I lived I jersey all the time, it was a fave but honestly idk if it was just this one place or if all are different but the classic just has no taste, the spicy is basically just the skin is spicy can't taste it in the chicken, the breasts are so try I had to make a gravy when I got home. And at 30 bucks for 8 pieces of shitty chicken I shouldn't have to cook a thing. If I could give no stars I would. The staff was in there cursing and complaining in the back ground I could hear them clearly. I guess it's time to retire Popeyes for me anyway. It's just too expensive to not enjoy it.
