The food was amazing but the paper box that the 12 piece chicken is put in needs improvement it fell apart on me when I got home I assume it soaked up the grease from the chicken and started to break apart.

Roinna demonstrated exemplary performance as an employee. The food was served at an optimal temperature and freshness, and the dining area maintained a high standard of cleanliness. This experience surpassed my expectations, and I am inclined to dine here again in the future.

For fast food - we waited over 10 minutes from placing our order to receiving it. This was about 2 pm and the restaurant was empty of customers and no special orders. Not typical of service we get from other Popeyes.
