Good food and good service.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was authentic and full of flavor—especially the like tacos al pastor or enchiladas verdes. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. You can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. Definitely coming back!

Charro beans are outrageously good. Birria Cheese dip too. Horchata comes in a big frozen mug and has great flavor. Fajita's Parillada have great seasoning and big chunks of juicy fajita meat. All outstanding flavors.

Service a little slow / overstretched at times. Prices about average. Birria dip has me coming back... and now those charro beans too!

We were left stranded on New Year’s Eve after the other restaurant we ordered catering from closed unexpectedly. I made a quick phone call to Ricardo’s and they were not only willing to help, they went above and beyond and had a catering order for 25 people within 30 minutes!! The food was plentiful and delicious and the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking for catering and we will be back time and again!

I ordered through DoorDash and only received 1 item i ordered out of 5 items. Im really disappointed because this was my second time ordering from here and the first experience was absolutely perfect, but to forget more than half my order is disappointing. I spent about $50 for items i didn’t receive i would give this a 5 star if they didn’t forget my food.

Do NOT order from this place. It has gone from being fantastic to being by far the worst Mexican Restaurant in the Gallatin/Hendersonville area. If you place a Door Dash order, I can guarantee you that your order will be wrong. It will be missing items that you paid for. At least one or more of your items will be wrong also. Every single time we order it is wrong. We decided to try it one last time because there is a certain menu item that I enjoy there. Jokes on me. They got me again.
I can promise you it won't happen again!!!

I don't normally do that. But this was one of the worst scenarios for misorganized food management and stinginess that I have ever experienced.

I usually write very positive reviews, but I have to be a little more careful here because they served guacamole in a tiny cup. This was only the size of a tablespoon and we charge me $5 for it.

Then they brought Sprite in an Oktoberfest mug and that was perfectly fine. Although no one could hold the thing normally and it was only intended for drinking. They basically just gave me a huge glass that I had to hold with both hands because it was so heavy.

Then they brought the chili relleno that I ordered and it was one of the worst cooked and prepared chili rellenos I have ever eaten in my life.

And this meal cost me $14. This was so incredibly unacceptable that to be honest I didn't tip this time and made it clear that I would get a regular cup of guacamole from the waiter because I thought the size was unacceptable.

My best thought is to ignore this place. And when you go there you have to be very precise. Otherwise they just seem to throw any old clever bits together, snails and dog tails, sugar and spices and everything nice, and call it a meal.

Dietary restrictions: This is not a huge thing. But vegetarian dishes in the United States are not always dairy-free and chile rellenos. Unfortunately they are one of them.
