This Whataburger location is the exact reason Texans were so up in arms about Whataburger getting out of the state. As someone who knows good Whataburger I would like to apologize to everyone in Gallatin Tennessee on behalf of good Whataburger restaurants that you have to live with this absolute joke of a location. Kat, Cleshay, and all the other managers should feel bad about how terrible they are at running the drive thru.
Service was great, everyone was friendly. Food was hot and delicious! The 1.5 hour drive was worth it!!
45 min wait in drive thru while employees were inside cutting up. Order was wrong after waiting all that time.
