Zaxbys in Gallatin keeps going downhill. The drive thru is confused on orders and I never get any napkins or silverware to eat with. Ordered your new egg rolls today and did not get the delicious dipping sauce you advertised with them. This place used to be sooooo much better all the way around. Very disappointing. I’ll drive to Hendersonville zaxbys from now on.
