Overall, this place is decent. Came here with a party of 8. The staffing was great and the atmosphere was cozy. I ended up getting the bone in ribeye. For the price, they could have gave a little more on the French fries, especially after seeing everyone else who got a burger how much came with there’s. The burger was not worth the money. Certainly not the worst steak one could ever have, but far from the best. It’s on the flavorless side and could have used more seasoning and was a little too thin for my liking. Overall not a bad experience, but would never visit again the next time I’m in town.

I went to the Gatlinburg Alamo for Mother’s Day dinner. I had had a very long day at work (tourism can be hard sometimes) Joselyn waited on me and she was outstanding ! Even though it was about 30 minutes to closing (I got off work late), I didn’t feel rushed , she was kind, we chatted for a few minutes and I enjoyed my yearly Mother's Day steak out on the patio. Thank you for a nice ending to my long day!

We love the Alamo and it's our go-to place whenever we celebrate a special occasion. However, we've noticed the quality in the food (not service) has gone down over the past year. They started with little things like removing the cracked salt and replacing with regular table salt. They quit adding bacon to their house salad. We went yesterday and it wasn't busy, we were the only table in a section. The tomatoes were old (wrinkled) on the salad, the cucumber was slimy. Then the baked potatoe was old. Like it had been reheated from previous day. Both of these items are low-cost items but add the overall quality. They increased prices, which I understand in today's market but reduced quality. Two people, one app, one water, one soda, was over $80.00 which would be worth it if the food quality matched. The service was excellent.Kid-friendliness: Good meal options and they get twist sticks to play with.

Steak was undercooked (ordered medium but came out rare). Hollandaise sauce was separated, not creamy. Asparagus was small and tasteless. Garlic mashed potatoes were lumpy and lukewarm. Service was not great and it took forever to get dessert to go after paying bill and giving a generous 22% tip. Will not ever go back. Way overpriced at $170 for two people.

We have been here several times in the past and have always been impressed. It’s one of our favorite places to eat at in Gatlinburg area. Tonight the food was undercooked and lacked the flavor we remember.Server was very good and friendly. But not what we remembered and certainly not worth the cost

My son loved his kids cheeseburger, but the rest of the family did not like their food. My vinegar mushrooms tasted funky, like they went bad or something. The steak was full of fat and grisel and was only a 6 oz so I wasn't left with much after. My daughter ordered a rare steak and got well done. It's disappointing when a steak house can't provide good steak. My father got mild food poisoning from the shrimp he ordered. My step mom's chicken had a slimy texture and tasted similar to chicken you get in a Wendy's salad. We've had another Alamo Steakhouse nearby and it was good, so we think it may just be this location.

Husband's ribeye was tough, and both of our steaks were served cold with piping hot sides. Our server was exceptional and was the only thing that brought this review to a 2-star status.

It was okay, everyone's steak was unevenly cooked. Med rare in some parts while nearly well done in others. Our server was very kind. Overall a pleasant experience.

Tennessee Rick told me to reserve The Love Nest at the Alamo Steakhouse if I'm ever in Gatlinburg. Boy, was he right. Here's the setup: spent a day in Gatlinburg and had a 5 pm reservation at the steakhouse. Note to self, we beat the Sunday dinner crowd.Daniel was such a great server. He's cordial and thorough. He made our experience even better. The hubs had the pork chops and I had the ribeye. Everything was delicious! My Caesar was on point and the husband loved the house salad. We even took the double chocolate cake to go.Bottom line this steakhouse should be added to your list.Parking: There's parking for those with a wheelchair on the lower level.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and designated parking.
