We was there an hour and a fifteen minutes we ordered our food and never received our food and they weren'teventhat busy. It's ridiculous that this place is still open.

My wife and I love the breakfast. Delicious country ham, eggs, biscuit and gravy. The service is fantastic! Servers are friendly and very attentive.

My grits tasted like they were made with trout water…and not in a good way. I think they literally boiled the grits in trout stream water. The Diet Pepsi also tasted like it came from a trout mouth. The rest of the food didn’t taste like trout but it was very below average. I would rather have eaten crumbs from a strangers bed. The heat was broken and it was freezing cold. They had no space heaters and no offers for any complimentary hot chocolate or anything to overcome their lack of heat. It looked like a bear got in there and tore up the carpet. The vibes were not great.

The breakfast food was delicious. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the service was slow because they were short staffed. They do have parking shared with a hotel, but there were few spots open. They gave us a very nice discount at check out! We didn't have to ask.

We are staying at the Crossroads Inn right beside Atrium on our honeymoon and wanted breakfast. We came in and were greeted happily. Alyssa was a fantastic server and was incredibly nice! Food, service, and atmosphere was delightful. We will be back many times for sure!

Was told there was no wait, but had to wait 10 minutes for them to put our tables together. Nobody took our drink order when we sat down. It took 15 minutes for them to come get our drink order, which they got our food order at the same time. 15 more minutes passed and still no drinks. So my mother went to ask where the tea was, because she was very parched. The waitress had stopped filling our drinks to refill some glasses of water. The lady started to give her attitude about there only being two of them here and proceeded to roll her eyes and told us we were capable of leaving, it was just totally horrible customer service. She was yelling at me in front of other customers and being extremely rude and confrontational just because I asked if they needed some help or maybe they should close the place if they don’t have the staff to run it.And this was evidently the “manager” and “owner” of the place. Per their words.

4 egg omelettes they are NOT. At best 1.5 normal sized eggs. Sausage patties inedible as they were hockey pucks. Home fries deep fried and decent with lots of salt and hot sauce.Ok flavor on the eggs over medium, but make much better at home with fewer ingredients for both over medium eggs and omelettesPancakes better elsewhere, so don't expect them to be better than average for the area, which is typical quality at a theme Park.Left here and went to Pigeon Forge for some real food at half price (The Corner Diner)Sorry for the negative review, but I suspect most reviewers have no idea what things should taste like, or were starving where everything tasted good. The entire experience of service to food was very lacking.

Food was good as advertised, great prices especially for a resort town. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Would revisit in a heartbeat.

Not the greatest place to eat at but cheap and filling. Potatoes weren't very good but the pancakes were awesome. Steak was decent and sausage a bit over cooked. Service was excellent. Worth it for a fast cheap breakfast

Very friendly service, and a great breakfast! Lots of menu options. Free parking. A great place to come if you are looking for a breakfast someplace that isn't the tourist trap restaurants.

Overpriced gross food. We're locals and I wouldn't feed my dog if I had one this slop. Yuck!!!!!

The only thing that rivals the food is the people! On our 2nd trip of the year to Pigeon Forge from Charlotte, we went out of our way to go to Atrium in Gatlinburg, and Jamie at Atrium went out of her way to take care of us. The service, food, and environment were top notch thanks to her. Even though we were the last customers of the day, she took care of us as if we were the first. She showed an expert level of professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and management. And she made us feel like old friends when she remembered us!! Thank you Jamie and Atrium. See you again soon!

This is a go to for us whenever we visit Gatlinburg. The atmosphere is basic, but it is not important because the service and food are fantastic! Jamie has been at this restaurant for 12 years and treats it like she owns it. We appreciate her and her kind spirit!
