Stopped in on Saturday afternoon. Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, baked beans and French fries. The order came out the ribs looked like they had been sitting out for hours, barely warm. She gave me a side of Cole slaw, I told her I didn't order slaw, her reply was yes you did. I know I didn't order slaw because I didn't eat that stuff. Now to the baked beans, they were barely warm. Went November 18th between @4-5:00 & ordered the Texan Sampler. Ribs were good, brisket ok, pulled pork was dry, sausage was very dried out. The baked beans & fries were the best thing on the plate. I will say the manager came by & asked how our meal was. I am one that doesn’t complain, but when you’re paying $30 for the plate, I thought I needed to mention it. We tried Bennett’s BBQ in Gatlinburg for the first time and boy was it great. The salad bar was fresh, clean and delicious. The bbq was amazing. We got the sampler platter. The highlight of our lunch was definitely our server Alisha. She’s been at Bennett’s for over 10 yrs and you could definitely tell.
