Best Italian Cafe & Pizzeria in Elks Plaza

We had a great dinner, very friendly staff, and great food!

My husband and I have been coming to Gatlinburg for many years, in fact, almost 30 years. This is the first time that we have discovered this restaurant. What a shame! We have really missed out! We enjoyed lunch there today. Everything was so good! The marinara sauce was some of the best I've ever eaten! The manicotti was so cheesy and I love cheese! And those rolls! Served in a bowl of oil, Parmesan and garlic! Soooo good! The portions were more than generous, enough that we had leftovers to take back for dinner! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Very reasonable prices! A plus was getting to sit on the patio and enjoy the creek as we ate. This restaurant will certainly be a destination when we come to Gatlinburg in the future! Highly recommend!

The name doesn’t lie! Truly was the BEST pizza we have ever ate! Also the river side outdoor patio seating is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! Would 100% recommend! Also is decently priced!

Business says they are open, all signs were on, but a sign on the door says that they were closed for employee party, but no one was in there. Bad business. If you were really having an employee party, turn off your open signs as well as the other, half of dozen neon signs that you had turned on.

What happened to this place. It used to be one of our favorite stops in gatlinburg. They don’t have servers now which is a pain. It’s really gone down hill. It’s pretty sad.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are there on their menu but their Pasta has eggs in it and they cannot help with it as they mentioned it comes from the manufacturer. It would be great if they add gluten free and vegan pasta to their menu. Pizza is only what you can eat as vegetarian.

Everything we ordered last night are delicious. Price is reasonable too. We ate here a couple years ago and had their pizza, it was really good. Their servers are all friendly.

Just kinda found this place, and what a gem. Food was excellent. Chicken parm and spaghetti. Our server Charlie was such a wonderful person.

Food was excellent. We had the chicken parm and spaghetti meatballs- to die for. Garlic knots are phenomenal. There’s a cool vibe inside as well. Service was great- sat at the bar.
