Me and my family ordered food to go and were excited to go back to the hotel to eat because the food smelled really good! The delicious smell however was very misleading. The honey garlic wings my daughter got were spicy and she could not eat them. Who makes honey garlic wings spicy?! We are from buffalo and are very experienced when it comes to chicken wings! Never have we ever gotten honey garlic wings that were spicy. My husband got the atomic wings because he likes spicy but he couldn't even eat his because when he bit into them they were not cooked all the way! He bit into one that was practically raw! My mushroom swiss burger was tolerable but not as advertised... It said it had caramelized mushrooms and onions.... They were not. They were raw mushrooms and onions! That was disappointment one. Disappointment two was the fact that there was nothing else on the burger besides the cheese so it was just a dry burger with raw mushrooms and onions. The fries that came with it were also under cooked and very soggy. I didn't even try to eat those. I wouldve rather spent my money elsewhere on food my family could actually eat.

Pulled pork nachos were excellent, other food we ordered was also good. Great place with plenty of seating, didn't need to wait but went for early dinner.

Wish u could give them 0. Waiting on an elderly couple to try to find parking so we came in to get them seating as a family because we have someone with a fractured lower back, And they refuse to see us because our party was gonna be 10 minutes later than when we sat and got beers and paid them to give us service. They’re trash, And the people out front were very nasty about it. I get that you don’t want people holding tables for people forever but when you have elderly people and people with serious medical issues, there needs to be another system and you need to have not people that are awful working in the front desk. Do not go… we are literally sitting here not able to drink or eat because my back fracture is awful and I cannot go anywhere else to wait for our elderly family to get here for where they park so we can eat food. We’ll never tip them or give them money again.

It was great! The service was great, the grilled chicken burger was one of the best I've ever had. It came with a lot of fries, and the food was very filling. Excess Televisions, so you can watch your show, sport, or program while enjoying your meal, and a great atmosphere while eating. I came from Ohio, and this fed me for 2 nights with my family. Great experience with Blue Moose, it is a wonderful family diner. I reccomend it heavily.

The Blue Moose is open until 10p on Sundays, and we got in late from a bear hunt.
It was only happenstance that we went in but we’re sure glad we did. The wings/ wraps/ salads/ burgers/ apps were all great and the house Lager was cold and refreshing.
My family (4 people) just tried to go and eat. No one was waiting when we came in and there were three young ladies at the hostess stand. They asked us how many and we said 4. While they were looking at and discussing the seating chart another group walked in behind us and one of the young ladies asked them how many, eight. They immediately sat the other group and told us 10-15 minutes we said okay and stood to the side of the entry. No more than 5 minutes go by, another group comes in with 4 and we’re given a wait time. A minute or two later another party of two adults and a few kids came in and were immediately sat. We went to the hostess stand to asked about it and two of the girls were there with another employee. The new employee simply stated I’m sorry I wasn’t there and the other two said nothing. We ended up leaving.

They like to hang up on you and not answer the phone till you call from a diffeent number. Tried to get lunch as a local while working and didn't get to eat because the games they wanted to play, thanks!

Incredibly impressed with the service. They noticed our daughter with autism was overwhelmed and offered us a spot outside where it was quiet and less busy. Food was good, but the service really made it for us.
