Chesapeake's Seafood and Raw Bar

Warm, chic, friendly atmosphere. Dined with my husband while in Gatlinburg, thoroughly enjoyed the service, food, & views. I chose the Wolffish which I've never had before. Taste was described similar to lobster, it did not disappoint. Server was friendly & did not rush our dinner which we appreciated. Would definitely come back. Great for date night, business dinner or special occasion. I did see a few little ones dining, but mostly adults.

Huge shoutout to our waiter, Mark! He was absolutely amazing, from recommending the perfect food and drinks to putting a massive smile on my 6-year-old daughter’s face. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and we loved sitting right next to the window with that beautiful water view. We had a blast and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We ate here tonight and it was delicious! Our server, Mark, was amazing. He gave excellent suggestions and was great! Everything we ordered was good. I highly recommend this place. We had a table on the patio beside the river and loved the view.

This is not an in and out place. You go here to enjoy the food experience. Relaxed pace, great food, great staff. Best selection of oysters I've ever seen, and it's in the middle of the mountains. Seafood as fresh and somehow fresher than on the coast.

Our family visited for the second time while on vacation. They have the best raw oysters and raw oyster menu. The servers are always pleasant and the atmosphere is very nice. This is our favorite place to visit while in Gatlinburg.

Chesapeake’s is delicious and perfect for an intimate date night! We got the fried shrimp, grilled seafood platter, and a lobster tail. Food wasn’t only well presented, but every bite was savory and delicious. Jason took great care of us. His demeanor was caring and also entertaining. Will come again!

Millie from Margaritaville resort highly recommended this place to eat. So we thought we would give it a try and it did not disappoint. Mark was our server and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and so helpful when figuring out what to eat. My salmon came out luke warm and I said it was fine, but he made sure to make it right. The manager took care of everything and it was one of the best salmon meals I have ever had. So good! We will be back. Thank you all!
