Daiquiri Shack & Grill Margaritaville

Just went in for a daiquiri and a beer the daiquiri had very little alcohol in it.

Very good food it’s a great experience, I would get the pretzels and queso if I were you they are so good, and the wings here are the absolute bomb! The bathrooms are nice and clean and the daiquiris are very nice as well. Would come again and would recommend it’s awesome.

I got a Philly cheesecake. It was the best Philly cheesecake I've ever had. My husband got a smash burger. He said it was pretty good and the kids both got wings. My daiquiri was delicious too!

Went here the other night. I had strawberry daiquiri and the smash burger. Both were incredible. The burger was has down one of the best burgers I've ever had.

Love this place for two reasons the food and the main thing is David my bartender he’s the bestest. Great personality and very friendly and helpful. This is my go to place when I come to Gatlinburg.

Terrible service. Spent so much time waiting while our server sat at the bar with his face in his phone or talking to the other server. The daiquiris were good and it had a good atmosphere, but service was very lacking!

The food was awesome. The daiquiri's were delicious and the staff definitely know how to make everyone have a good time. They even brought orange slices for our baby to try. Definitely a need to stop place.

4 of us went in and the bartender said that the 2 tables left were reserved but if we gave him 200.00 we could have 1. Guy with us tossed him 200 then he said I'll have to ask permission. Keep in mind this was less than 1 hour from closing. The couple with us got mad at bartender for his attitude took 200 and left. We asked if we could sit at the bar he said yea when a seat comes available we will seat yall. 4 seats come available bartender was busy so I asked a server if we could sit at the bar she went to ask bartender he decided to raise his voice at me and tell me he said we could when they were available. I said 4 are available they left walked right by us. Bartender continued to be disrespectful so we left and went to Ole Reds. Horrible experience 1st and last time there. Do not recommend. All because of bartender. The 2 lady servers were very nice.

Get the daiquiri pitcher. Theyre incredibly good and easy to share with 2-4 people.

Get the Philly steak sandwich OMG!! Melt in your mouth and amazing flavor. Drinks were good too!

Terrible explanation of rules. Attitude from servers after business mistake. They had no signs up and creating rules out of thin air. If im spending outrageous money, I should be allowed to take food out of the building. Not forced down to scarf it down within minutes and get sick.
