After being on wait at another place for over an hour for a table, we turned up to the Shack and had a table straight away. Family tension was high (hangry children), but this was all alleviated when our server David arrived. He was outstanding, took all orders without writing anything down and was perfect. Checked back to make sure everything was alright numerous times. Food was awesome and a great location. Highly recommend and hope you get David as your waiter, couldn't do any better.

Such a nice vibe and wonderful server with great conversation. The food was amazing. Our group ordered the fish taco's, chicken quesadilla , smash burger and Buffalo wings Right on the strip with a great view.

The drinks there have no alcohol. I had something called a tall and strong, and that name was a complete lie. If I wanted a shake, I'd have gone to a shake shop. Don't waste your money.

Didn't even order. No one concerned with us after we sat down. Hot. Asked for a table near an open window, they said they would get it ready for us and then gave it to the people that came in behind us. Left without ordering.

Overall my experience was a 2/10 the only food I liked was the fries we ordered over $50 worth of food. The chicken Philly was a huge disappointment, it tasted like canned chicken and way too saucy. Also, my husband had a burger that was very flavorless and wings that were burnt (overcooked) we wasted our food. I’d probably never return

I would say they had really good chicken wings, but other than that it wasn’t nothing to write home to Mom about, but to each its own not for me wings were good. Drinks were too sweet and my waitress seem kind of grumpy, but who am I to judge?

Love my sweet icy drinks!!! Got the Pina Colada and my mom got Bama Breeze. Both drinks are great. Just don’t drink them too fast cuz I got brain freeze bad!!! Ordered the Mango Habanero Quesadilla for a late night snack. Not spicy at all which is a let down.

Walked in around 1130 and seated immediately. Staff was very friendly and attentive, food came on time and was delicious. Fried pickles are definitely in my top 5. Smashburger bottom bun got a little soggy, but wasn't a problem, still a very well crafted and tasty burger! The daiquiri was also very good, the frozen slush melts perfectly with the taste and doesn't leave you with frozen ice at the bottom. Very good place to eat and a great atmosphere!

Staff member was extremely rude from the moment we walked into the door. The sign said go seat ourselves. I walked in and a man said he was leaving and we could have his table. It was a 6 top table but some of the chairs had been removed. There were extras so as we went to grab them the employee make a stink to my husband and wanted us to go get back in line. She didn’t want us to grab the extra chairs even though we pointed out the 6 to table was missing half the chairs. If the sign said seat yourself and we weren’t violating fire code then what’s the big deal? She was extremely rude to a point that we just left the business. On the way out another customer stopped us to let us know she is extremely rude. She said she came the day before and she was nasty to people then too. I am hoping management will do something about it. It is definitely not the margaritaville environment this company typically represents
