Dick's Last Resort - Gatlinburg

Best dinner I've had in a while. I was on a trip theough Gatlinburg and this made the trip much better. I believe the young man who served us was named Marcus? But he was amazing, he made sure everyone was okay with the jokes and had the energy around our table high, we were all laughing to the point of crying because of him! Amazimg experience, I will definitely be visiting again

So much fun! Based upon their theme I should rate at 1 Star but I'll keep it real. Good food, down and dirty service. The jokes and insults are worth it alone. Come on in and get offended! Josh was terrible (perfect)

This place is DISGUSTING. I walked in there and the floor was 2 inches deep with garbage and food.

They also harassed me about my disabled daughters stroller. READ THE ROOM!! I walked out 2 mins into the interaction and found somewhere else to eat. I get that they think they're funny or whatever, but take it from a former restaurant worker- this place is literally not safe to eat at. It's unsanitary how dirty it is in there 🤮

The experience is most definitely what you pay for, the food is not like mama made. We had Spencer as our waiter and he had our number from moment we were seated

Atticus was funny, good experience at this location and management is top notch I didn’t get the manager‘s name, but she sells raccoons and fights crime on the side.

We had a great time with Atticus. He could have been a little meaner but the manager came and picked up the slack, Stephanie was pretty mean and our group enjoyed it!

We celebrated our grandsons birthday here. He loved it, we all had a great time. After returning to NC, our granddaughter realized she left her stuffed animal there. Her mother called the restaurant and they had it, she asked if they could mail it to us. They went above and beyond!!! Had a letter from Santa, a picture of Santa holding her animal, and several souvenirs. They were amazing, I wish I could name everyone involved so I could recognize them in my review.

I understand the whole theme of Dicks. I've been to other locations.
This one is disgusting! The restaurant is filthy, the food is terrible! Not just my food, everyone's selection was so low quality I cannot even find the words! My sons steak looked like a rubber dog toy... it didn't even resemble steak. My suspicion is that the steaks come in fully cooked, then they throw it on a grill to mimic the effects of actual cooking.
Gatlinburg is a wreck! It smells like NYC in the summer. And Dicks is just one more gimmicky tourist trap in a VERY long line of the same up and down the street!

Andrew was a hilarious and engaging server. For 3 of us it was pur first time and we had a blast.
