We were in Gatlinburg on the Thanksgiving day and it was a blessing to have this breakfast place ready to take us in rush hour when we registered to join the online queue. Many restaurants were closing early on the day of Thanksgiving and were flooded.

We were there with 3 kids and when there are kids there is mess.. one of the kid spilled water all over the table and the servers helped to clean the table without any delays.

While everywhere else was packed, we were sat quickly, treated right, and had some delicious breakfast. Lacie took great care of us and the other surrounding tables. We would definitely come back here when we visit gatlinburg again.

We were so pleased with Flapjacks! They sat us super quick on a busy morning and the food was delicious. My husband and I ordered one of their skillet dishes and it was more food than I could handle. But the best part was Lacie, our server. She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. It was pretty chaotic and she looked like she was running things mostly by herself, and she did an awesome job. Thank you Lacie for a great experience!
