Delicious, hot, and fast. Service was amazing. The hostess was the sweetest to my kids.
The service is always great! The food is fresh and tasty! Our favorite is breakfast, French toast special and Belgium Waffle. We love the staff!
I love Little House of Pancakes, and it's my must stop breakfast place every time we're in the area! We always have great service, too.

This is what the locals recommend. If you are visiting Gatlinburg, it is a must. You will not be disappointed. Very busy weekend mornings, so prepare.

Absolutely the worse experience we’ve had at a restaurant. Waited over an hour to be seated; we had three adults and two kids. Were told 15 minutes at check in.
We watched numerous groups arrive after us and be seated. The owner was seating people and being confrontational to other guests who were waiting (if they dared to ask questions). She pushed an older man out of the way and said, “now that’s the worst place you can stand”, and rolled her eyes. She was awfully rude to anyone who asked questions, it seemed like a normal occurrence. We asked what was going on and the owner lost her mind. She started yelling about working hard. My wife tried explaining that we were sure they seated groups that arrived after us and the owner exploded saying, “I was going to comp EVERYONE but now you can leave, we’re not dealing with this!”
I spoke up and tried to calm her down by saying we’re just talking and having a conversation; none of us were yelling. An older lady that works there came up and said, “you’re just a couple [b-words]” to my wife and mother-in-law followed by “just leave!” Then the owner told the hostesses to call the police on us!?
The owner is clearly not stable. I would avoid this place at all costs.
Terribly rude owner (she claimed she owned the place). She and her sidekick literally cussed at some customers and told them to leave for asking about the wait time. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional staff.

Notes: The food itself is not amazing nor bad. I would come back again but wouldn't wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The saving grace is the fact that it was only $23 for both of us.

Nice place, nice people and the food was pretty good. There was a long wait, but we expected it. Especially with it being Thanksgiving week and close to several hotels and cabins.
I would recommend to friends & family.

I’ve traveled all across the South, and as far to AK from NC, and I have never been disrespected in any state as I was at this establishment. Waited 20 min while the two hosts let family after family in front of us, and we were there waiting before they ever pulled in the parking lot. When I asked why they were letting everyone in front of us the reply was they were here before you. I assured them they were not and the host called me a liar to my face, she said I’m going to seat yall what does it matter anyway? When seated they held half our order for a long time and kept saying it’s on the way. Spiteful, disrespectful and this will be my first and last trip here. I never said anything to prove this or was disrespectful in any way, why they treat customers like this is beyond me, I’ve traveled a lot, and have never seen such hateful attitudes in the food industry.
