Service was great. Food was excellent. Big portions. We shared a breakfast burrito and a short stack with blueberries. Coffee was delish.

Best pancakes I've ever had. Service was excellent. It was extremely busy, but didn't take long. The staff worked together and hustled to get everyone served throughout the meal.

Great place for a traditional breakfast and even better service. They were recommended to us from a local candy store owner and glad that they did. They sat our party of nine relatively quickly too.

I wasn't done eating my food yet & the waitress came over to get payment & was coughing over top of me & my food. Still didn't get half of the food that was ordered either.

Compared to some of the other pancake cabins, this one falls a little short. I can say the pancakes are fluffy and tasty, but options like cream cheese filling and caramelized fruits are missing. Things fell a little short with other breakfast staples. The gravy is certainly made from a mix, and the scrambled eggs were of a color and texture that hinted of pouring from a carton. I found the biscuits underwhelming and over baked. Their breakfast meats are a bit of a mystery to me, as I realized mine were absent from my plate while driving away. The hostess was very kind and friendly, and table service was adequate. The wait time was relatively short compared to similar restaurants, but there's something to be said of what comes to those who wait.Parking: There's an ample gravel lot next door, but it is in need of some maintenance. Be mindful of holes as you enter and exit.

The food is delicious. From the biscuits and gravy to the city ham with a giant cup of coffee. It was the best breakfast we had while in Gatlinburg.Parking: This restaurant is only 1 mile up Hwy 321 from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking was easy.

We had a great breakfast experience here. The food was great, service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. Extra points for easy parking and having some distance from the crowds of the downtown area.
