Food is always made wrong. The food is always cold an the employees are extremely rude. If your gonna have people work in the drive thru, it would be beneficial to ensure they can at least speak English well enough to communicate with the guests. The fact y'all keep raising prices while lowering food quality is mind blowing. The owner needs to fix these issues or sale the franchise to someone who knows how to run a McDonald's. This is both sickening and disgusting while at the same time putting on display the poor attention to guest service and food quality.

I didn’t even order food there, but I have in the past and they are the slowest McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’m not even over exaggerating. I understand that they get a lot of new people, but they have to learn how to properly train them to work faster, especially in a busier city. I shouldn’t have to step out of line even when it’s not that busy just so I can get on time for work but still be hungry. It’s not fair that they pretend like they are being slammed when there’s only maybe four customers at the drive-through and then their in-store service is even slower when you’re the only one there And it’s ridiculous. I’m done coming here and I will not come back until somethings done about this.

I think the app needs work… order for 5, got an order nbr, (za36) then while waiting at the restaurant, they call another order nbr, (**20) so I did not take it, 10min later I went to check, and yes, that was my order!… cold and icecream melted… plus 2 ítems were missing… no bueno, pls pay attention next time (including me!) was too late for me to come back.

Went through the drive thru here because it looked crowded inside and the parking was full. It seemed like they had a system in place for rush hour, my code was taking a while to pop up and the associate was able to add the code on at the window. We ended up here because the lines at the breakfast places in downtown Gatlinburg were just crazy long.
No refills when dining in. Cold frys workers ignore you and apparently don't know what a straw is.
