Last time we came here and wow the pizza and service was good . We came back today with my husband parents & the lady said to us I cannot help you ! She said I am only one person and I need a break ! So we left ! She was very rude ! It was only four of us and we were asking for a med pie .

I tried the cheese pizza at New York Pizza and Pasta in Gatlinburg. The pizza tasted really good the base was thin and soft, and the flavors were on point. The only downside was the wait, which was about 20 minutes. Overall, a tasty pizza worth trying.

We eat here every time we’re in Gatlinburg, it’s the best pizza in the area. It’s NY style. Not as good as pizza from NY, but the best you can get around here. If John’s on Bleeker is a 10, this is a 8, but definitely worth it. Seems to be a family owned and operated business, with the same people there every time. Highly recommend.

Delicious New York style pizza. Good prices especially for being on the Gatlinburg strip.

We were visiting Smokey Mountains for the first time. Went to the first pizza spot we could find. Pizza wasn't good quality. Canned mushrooms were used. Bland. The man that brought the pizza out was so rude when I asked him for another PAPER plate. Not sure if people that didn't look/dress like me were getting the same treatment.

The pizza here was amazing! We were shopping in the plaza on the top floor and smelled the pizza and had to go down and try it. We ended up going back multiple times. It’s the best pizza we’ve ever had and we’re from near Chicago. I wouldn’t listen to the bad reviews on here. It’s clear they only care about being swooned with over the top customer service and don’t know good pizza. I highly recommend this place.

Cheap, delicious pizza! The woman who works there is such a sweetheart, and we had a great conversation!

The worst pizza ever I had, They charged me more than enough for 12 inch pizza but there was no enough cheese or sauce on it, Not at all recommended.

Overall not a bad slice. Lots of flop, cheese flavor is good, sauce could be a bit more. Crust is good but under carriage and flop are a lot. Overall decent, 6.4/10

Passed by this place numerous times and have been wanting to try it. We finally did. It was a mistake. It was trouble from the beginning. I tried to order a pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. The only person working, I believe the owner, mumbled “crumbled?” I repeated Italian sausage. And he said “crumbled?” It’s the same thing but the guy didn’t even know that.
I ordered take out. When I was given the pizza, I asked for 4 plates. He said he didn’t have plates. I pointed to them behind the counter and said, “Yes you do, they’re right there!” He repeated no plates. When I kept insisting he had plates he finally said one dollar.
Are Kidding me???? A dollar for 4 flimsy plates? First he lied and said he didn’t have plates and then he tried to cheat us when I proved he had plates.
As far as the pizza goes, it was a higher cost than other pizza places in town. I don’t have a problem paying extra for good quality but the pizza was average at best. He skimped on the toppings. It was dry, not enough sauce.
I strongly suggest you avoid this place. I’ve ordered take out at other pizza places in Gatlinburg and there is no extra charges for plates, Parmesan cheese, red pepper, and utensils. And the cost was several dollars less. This place is a rip off.

This place was delicious! We got 2 pizzas and garlic knots and we were not disappointed! They were fast and delicious! The knots are small and crispy definitely the best knots I have ever had!
