The service and atmosphere were good but the food wasn’t very good. The tamales were dry, the rice lacked flavor, and the salsa was runny and didn’t seem fresh. We ordered guac and the chips that came with that were delicious. The guac itself? Subpar. Tourist trap

Our server was absolutely amazing, he made our entire experience wonderful. His name escapes me and I’m so angry about that! But he was the sweetest person. He had a beard and a slight accent but he always used “ma’am” and “sir” and said thank you and you’re welcome … such a sweetie. Our food was fabulous and it came out so fast. Impressive service for a super busy restaurant in a touristy area. I hope everyone can get this sweetheart of a waiter!

Parking is paid, unless parallel on River Road.

Kid friendly, seating inside only or stroller based on outside.

We did lunch hour on a Monday.

This location gives you self-seating bar outdoor high tops or inside seating.

Both afford unique views, but creekside on a fall ? day cannot be beat.

We partaked in their 18k margarita which was good but lackluster in depth of options. Admittedly I am a resposado or anejo preferred tequila drinker. So the margarita felt watered down. For Blanco fans you'll be content.

The street taco selection was excellent. We did pork, beef and shrimp options. All were excellent and flavorful. Don't be fooled, the "hot" shrimp is mild pepper base at best.

If you're in town needing a lighter meal and great atmosphere, this is a great option!

I ordered a margarita that comes with a shot on the side. The service came back with just a classic margarita, so when I asked her about the shot she said it was already inside but I told her I specifically that I wanted the 1800 shot on the side and she absolutely rolled her eyes, yanked the drink out of my hand and walked off without saying a word, she threw the drink into the trash can so aggressively. When she came back with the drink, she slammed it on the table and walked off again when I was trying to apologize and thank her for making the drink again. She ignored us completely for the next 30 minutes until we finished our margarita. My friend had to go to the bar to ask for our checks and she gave the checks to my friend and had her ran back and forth to our table to get the signature. If you are so incompetent to mess up a drink and then have the attitude and rudeness because I asked to make it again the proper way then being a server shouldn’t be your job. We were sitting outside on the patio on Saturday night 11/09 if management ever cares and if you don’t that is ok too. I still had my margarita and left hungry but again that is ok because we got food somewhere else in town.

Great vibe... interior is all decked out and colorful. Food was good however service was just under par maybe because they were so busy...but should not be an excuse. Either way a decent place.

Service is great and staff is attentive and very nice but the drinks are super weak and contain almost zero alcohol. Margaritas taste like syrupy lemonade and not a margarita.

I recently visited No Way Jose's in Gatlinburg and found it to be a mixed experience. While the service was prompt and our waiter attentive, the main courses lacked authenticity. The dishes were well-cooked and included fresh cilantro, but the seasoning was quite mild, lacking the spice and bold flavors typical of Hispanic cuisine. The queso was tasty, but presentation could be improved, served in a plain white bowl. However, the view on the bar side (21+) is really nice, with a creek that flows right next to the restaurant. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick meal with good service, but I'd look for a more authentic Mexican restaurant next time I'm in Gatlinburg.

-You enter the place and it has a really bad stinky smell.
- Only thing that works for this place is it is at a prime location and provides parking option since whoever visits Gatlinburg during peak season knows parking is a nighthtmare.
- This is a mexican place which has the worst tasteless salsa and if a mexican restaurant cant have a good salsa then you cannot have high hopes for the entire menu. Food is bland and tasteless.
- servers are rude.

We was in the corner close to the kitchen we can hear them Taking loud, saying bad words in Hispanic we out been careful who was around , very disrespectful, food was ok, I asked for taquitos and they gave me flour taquitos and I asked why and he said ohhh we have both , but he assumed that I like the flour taquitos and he didn’t even told me if I want flour or corn, I didn’t like my food, who cares? I usually come to this restaurant every time I come to Gatlinburg but they change a lot, disappointed.

Chicken Cheese quesadillas were horrible. When it got to our table it was like a cold block of cheese with chicken chunks, no veggies in it just cheese and chunks of chicken , one bite and I was done. The Mexican pizza was not good, too much seasoning in the beef to where you could taste the cunmin and what tasted like chilli powder. The shrimp burritos were ok, salsa was the best out of anything there.
We would have failed better eating at Sheetz. Wouldn’t go there again.
