Definitely worth the visit

Just did Cloud Catcher zip line today. So much fun. Guides were hilarious but also caring and very safety conscience. Loved the experience. Thanks for great experience!!!

Cost To much over rated for the price

Great visit with a bunch of things to do. Can spend the entire day up there. Well worth the $

Make sure you do NOT listen to the ladies at the bottom of the tram selling tickets. We double verified that the wristband included everything- even stated “wait so for $5 more per person, we can do the tram and everything up there is included?” They confirmed so we stated that it was a no brainer and up we went. We EASILY would have driven up the mountain.

We get there and immediately go to snow tube- get in line- show our wristbands- and continue in line. Then on the escalator part that brings you to the top; they told us we had the wrong wristbands and had to pay $45 EXTRA to go snow tubing.

We immediately went back to customer service to resolve as we figured there must be an error. They said there was not and it is indeed not included. They refused to accommodate us in any way whatsoever - they even called down to the ladies below and said it was new ladies on shift so they could not verify it. And they were extremely rude about it to us.

We opened a dispute and they lied to our bank as well, stating we used the pass for all services.
By far the worst experience- lies and scammers. Zero customer service. The employee at the snow tube even admitted this happens DAILY and he is always frustrated by it and said if it was up to him he would just let us through.

Lots of people long wait times for everything , had to Uber back to strip because tram was over an hour wait

We got the unlimited wristband that included tram and several other activities. Well organized. Really fun.

The snow tubing experience was very fun! We had visited Ober before and got wristbands, rode the Tram & did the activities. This time we only did snow tubing (drove up the mountain and parked). It’s important to note the snow tubing is around $45 pp and not included with anything else. So you can enter from the mountain (higher) location) and do just that or you can buy a wristband or tram ticket to do several experiences and add the tubing on for a discount (this allows you to park downtown and enter from the strip).

Our kids are 7 and had a blast! The workers were all fun and helpful. The gentleman at the hot cocoa counter was very attentive and polite and those who were working the tubing slopes helped the kids when needed & were also very nice. We had an excellent day!

Always happy to visit Ober!
