A MUST-STOP when visiting the Smoky Mts! Nostalgic atmosphere with delicious deli food. This Gatlinburg icon is an absolute must-stop! The friendly, knowledgeable worker composed our delicious sandwiches while carrying on a very pleasant conversation. The place was very clean & efficient. We absolutely hammered our steamed hoagie subs along with the homemade deviled eggs & potato salad. You'll be so glad you chose to eat here! Now GO! Enjoy! We sure did!

As an individual who has the most fond memories of going to partons deli as a child this place is now an absolute disgrace the new owners abysmal service and the low quality of all the food has brought me to the realization today was the last day I will ever spend my money here..

Sign says they close at 4pm, come at 3pm walk in to the guy saying they are closed. Always show up at 12pm if you actually want to be served!

Says open until 4pm. Walked 1/2 mile with kids, walked in to hear “sorry I just closed”.Would have really loved to try the famous sandwiches.

After visiting this gem for 14 years, Its sad to think that we may not be back. Sometimes a business can thrive without the face of the original owner, who was happy to see his patrons walk in the door. We tried to go twice on our trip to Gatlinburg this week, the first time it was closed early which we understood could be a family emergency or something unexpected. We went back the next day and were treated like we were a total bother to the woman behind the counter. We decided to go to a place that was happy to see customers walk in! I am hopeful this can get straightened out and it continue to be a staple of Gatlinburg. I am not one to leave negative reviews but we have tried to reach out and had no luck. I hope the new owners will read this and make adjustments. I would be happy to remove this review if to help this business thrive.

We got there just in time she was about to close. She made us two of the best sandwiches we have had in a long time.. So glad we got a chance to eat there while on vacation and hungry.

On my bucket list to eat here. Rode past the deli since I was a child. Finally made time to eat here on a Saturday. Dawn was a wonderful hostess/sandwich maker. I ordered the roast beef sub(heated) & was one of best ever ate. Highly recommend this place.

Underwhelming. Not a hidden gem. Hot subs served cold only. Errruuummm?Board said cold subs only, was not offered any other way. Least inviting place I was in here…Strange vibe.

I recently stopped here while visiting Gatlinburg. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, especially since other restaurants in the area are expensive, but I was far more surprised by the quality. The slaw dogs were the best hot dogs I had in years and this is coming from someone who has had many growing up in the Carolinas. The chili and slaw they make are absolutely better than any store bought chili or slaw used by other restaurants. I highly recommend giving this local establishment your business over some more touristy places down the strip. You will not be disappointed. :)

Nothing to write about here. It's a small family owned deli. Ordered 2 sandwiches and both were made incorrectly. Meats are sliced too thick to chew. Wanted to check out because our hotel offered a discount. Don't recommend.

The turkey sandwich was average. Spouse liked the reuben. The potato salad was excellent but the portion too small- I wish they had bigger sizes.

Very disappointed. In the photo you can see my teeth marks in the upper right corner of the roast beef. It's clearly not edible. I threw the sandwich out and started eating the potato salad. That's where I discovered under cooked bacon fat. I was too far from the store to go back to get my $17 refund.

A great place for lunch, one of the last mom and pop shops left! This is what really makes gatlinburg such a great place.
