In while I’m walking around Gatlinburg. The food is good along with the service. Then there’s the manager. She always has a Hugh smile on her face and a kind and friendly word for you when you enter her store.“

“The food is absolutely fantastic!! The staff are very friendly. The owner even shared a few gluten free secrets with my wife. I had the chicken salad and our party shared a giant pretzel. This was the most memorable dining experience I can remember in quite a long time. Nothing fancy here but who needs it when everything is done perfectly. I’m glad there aren’t a thousand people out there door but there should be.“

“I visited on Sunday off Memorial Day '25. The employees were all very friendly and eager to help. Plenty of food waiting to be purchased. We purchased an original Cinnabon and Auntie Anne pretzel. Both fresh and delicious. They are open until 11 pm!“

“I most definitely would give them 5 stars if they were open ever! It was around 12:50 in the afternoon and the sign said open at 12 pm. Two other times they were closed again. But when they are open, it is fresh and the staff are great. Just wish they had more staff and would be open when they say they are“
