Don't go here. The buffet was cold and they tried to charge me 50 dollars for a cold meal

This is the saddest little Shoneys I've ever seen. Our local Shoneys closed years ago so we were happy to see one. Bless em...they need to go out out of business too. It was sad to see. The waitress was great & working her tail off. But the food....just no. And there like 4 items on the entire menu 😕

Let this one go. Maybe this once was a great place to eat. Those days have gone.

Just OK for a quick breakfast. Food was just so so. Buffet is very small and looks tacky. Not sure about overall cleanliness though. Atmosphere is really bad. Service was very good.

Not what I expected for Shoneys. Felt like Gatlinburg had squeezed them into a square box. Food was as expected. Service was great. We did feel cramped, in spite of the lack of customers when we visited. I suppose that was a plus. Gatlinburg can be an hours long wait just to have supper.

The food was great, we came during the breakfast buffet which was perfect. Everything was hot and fresh, no wait, and we were able to sit, eat, and then walk the strip.

Theres never been a place i would recommend less. It was all frozen microwavable food that was cold and stale and it was stupid expensive. It smelled awful, the bathroom was not working, and none of our party could bring themselves to take more than one bite.

I have read the reviews for this restaurant and I was thinking on passing it up. My wife and I was staying in Gatlinburg for our 33 year anniversary. We decided on going and checking it out for ourselves, we grew up going to Shoney’s with our parents while we were growing up. We wasn’t interested in a buffet bar, so I can’t speak on that. We ordered off the menu, she got the turkey club and I got the American cheeseburger. We both commented on how good they were and agreed it wasn’t a mistake going there. Hot fudge cake was awesome as it always was! (I do wish they would consider bringing back the fish and chips basket) Other than that, we plan to go back next year and bring our kids and grandkid.

This was the only place to eat with no wait and it's obvious why. They switch over to lunch at 12 we came in maybe 7 minutes before and the server was confused as to if we could be seated. She finally seated us and we went to the food bar. This is definitely not a buffet, it is a few options served buffet style. The food was very lack luster and bland and they had just transitioned over to lunch but there was barely enough for customers to eat. Visiting from Illinois and it was very disappointing and not worth $15.99 per person plus drink cost. Seating is cramped and the space is uncomfortable.

Total waste of money when it comes to food. Do not even try their buffet if you are family.
