Starbucks in Gatlinburg might not be the best choice for a quick coffee. The service seems to be slow, with long waiting times even when the place is not crowded. However, one customer had a great experience thanks to the exceptional service of Natashia, who went above and beyond to accommodate a hard of hearing/deaf person.
