it was a first time for us and i was absolutely amazed at all of the different items available and the amount of knowledge about the products. the guy in the store was very nice and extremely patient with all of my questions considering i’m a lover of coffee and the whole tea thing is new for me! i am going to experiment with the many different recipes they have available and some of the spices and really neat sugars that are in the store. my husband is excited to try out the...read full review

I visited TN for an extended weekend. Never would have expected to receive the best service of the entire weekend in an herb and tea shop.
I literally plan to return for Zack next visit, so please take care of him until then! Knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, but BOY IS HE FUNNY.

My visit here sparked a new obsession with tea! I had a question about the best way to store my tea, so I called the store and spoke with Sam. She was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, helped me sign up for the rewards program, and even saved me some money on an order I was about to place online.
