There was only one young gentleman working and he remained friendly and fast! This young man deserves a raise and recognition for being such a great worker!

I tried to order online. Both the app and website did not work. I tried to call the location. After the automated message, it says to wait on the line for a person. Each time I called and did just that, after several rings, the call would just disconnect. I agree with what another reviewer said, it is not a good way to do business.

I tried several times to order online using their app, and every time I got to the pay now, I would push it but nothing would happen. So I tried calling them to place my order over the phone, at least three times, and nobody would answer the phone. This is not the way to do business. Very disappointed.

Imagine having workers tht
jus come from Arabia and hav no idea why they are doing. My steak footlong was practically cold when they supposedly toasted it. how on planet earth is this place open. Not too mention hair and dirt all over the floor
Ordered a foot long meatball sub with pepper jack cheese. Had to tell him 4 times pepper jack cheese. I got American cheese ,NOT PEPPER JACK. Everytime we go in there we don't get what we order right. NEVER ANY MANAGEMENT ON SITE. Will go to the subway in Pigeon Forge. They are friendly and always get the orders right.

Very rude/unprofessional staff! I was given a bread that was extremely hard. When I took it back and tapped it on the counter to prove how hard it was, the male Hispanic employee told me it was because I had it toasted. After being argumentative, he tried to give me the other 6 inch half of the original bun. I requested to change my bread...and the whole time he was remaking the sandwich, he was looking angry and mumbling to a female coworker. No apology...nothing! Folks do know that if there were no customers, they wouldn't have jobs, right?!

Very unprofessional in the way that these workers act and behave towards paying guests. Hospitality looks like it ended here.
Horrible experience at this location. Got cussed at and told to go to McDonald's by the manager. All because I didn't wanna be rushed into making my decision on vegetables. Mind you there was only one person behind me and no one in front of me.
