The best Subway! Anytime we come here, the bread is always fresh. The vegetables are fresh. The service is fast even when they are busy. The staff is friendly while completing the order.The restaurant is also super clean. We have been here twice this week, same service each time.

Waited 17 minutes before any of the two colorful people in the front said anything to us. I said hello 3 times, they looked up and said hi. And continued doing whatever they were doing. Took them 6 minutes to make a sub, they were making about 3 of them. Slower than molasses, must be the storm.While we were ordering the man kept asking us what we want because he was not paying attention at all. Horrible serviceOtherwise store was clean.

Stay away from this dirty subway. By far the worst subway I’ve been into. The staff was unfriendly completely botched my order then ask me to stand in line again to order again. I read a review where the manager started cursing at the customer. I bet you I had the same guy. This guy wouldn’t even come over to talk to me about my issues. He should not be a supervisor at all. Tables and floors were filthy. The bathroom was the cleanest place. Stay away at all cost.

By far the worse service. They had my order standing on end so all the oils leaked. When I asked them to rewrap it the big black guy that was working told me there was no need. They the pill had leaked all over the bag which the did give me a new bag. Never going back here again. This is the second time we've had BAD

The MOST RECIST as the staff were very ignorant and laughing at my accent just because I am Indian and “ BROWN “ and staff was VERY VERY RUDE. And they were not changing gloves and used it multiple times?.

I will never go there again! I was overcharged 40.00 they wouldn't tell me the managers name or when they would be available. Very rude! When I found the manager the next day she took my name & number and told me she would call me that day. It never happened. I will never go there again!!!

Stopped at this location on the way into town after 8 hours on the road. I had a rather large order (4 foot long subs and a pizza). The gentleman making the sandwiches was friendly, quick, and thorough. The inside of the establishment, to include the restroom was clean. Good job Subway of Gatlinburg!

Absolutely terrible service. I got one sandwich with chips and a drink and my total was $30. I explained to the lady at checkout that all I got was a sandwich, chips and a drink and that it was impossible that it cost that much. She then got frustrated and told me there was nothing she could do about because it had Turkey and Pepperoni. I went ahead and payed anyway. When I got my receipt, I saw she charged me for two sandwiches, which she claimed I was paying for my friends sandwich, who SHE checked out right before me. She then proceeded to throw a bag at my friend when she asked for a bag due to her hands being full. Terrible customer service overall. Do not recommend.

My partner c Grayson went here on 3/05/2023 she waited in an extremely long line then the workers made her sandwich wrong she doesn't like to complain but I will when they charged her they automatically charged a tip that she didn't want to pay for to me that's stealing you can't automatically charge a tip it's supposed to be optional so not only did they make her sandwich wrong which she didn't even eat they stole from her buy automatically charge a tip that's supposed to be optional

In town for a week and stopped in for some lunch while we waited for check in at our cabin. This is located in a strip plaza so there's plenty of parking and entrance/exit is easy despite the road being busy. Staff greeted us and was so friendly. I swear it must be the area because we don't have this many friendly people back in Tampa lol. The subs were prepared quickly and tasted great. Store was clean and had indoor seating available should you want to enjoy your sub there.
