Sara is absolutely amazing at Tennessee Cider Company! From the very first time we walked through the door, she remembered our names and made us feel like family. She always knows exactly what we like to drink and goes out of her way to make every visit special.
Over the years, we’ve built such a wonderful friendship with her, and seeing Sara has become one of our favorite parts of every trip to town. She truly has a gift for making people feel welcome and appreciated. Tennessee Cider Company is lucky to have her, and we can’t wait to come back and see her again! ❤

Our first time visiting the Tennessee Cider Company in Gatlinburg, TN. Fun experience sampling several types of hard cider. We settled on three, including two new ones for us. Pineapple and Black and Blue were both nice additions to our tasting repertoire. Kevin was our host. Very knowledgeable and fun associate.

Hands down our favorite stop on the wine trail! The cider was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Jeremy made the experience even better with his outgoing personality and great sense of humor. He kept us laughing the whole time and made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐

Great place best ciders in Gatlinburg
I know a lot of people go to Gatlinburg for moonshine tastings, but my husband and I far preferred the cider at Tennessee Cider Co. So much so that we purchased 6 bottles and brought our family back with us the following day so they could do a tasting. All of the flavors of cider were so delicious, and the customer service was incredible. Ryan R. was there both days we went and he made the experience so memorable and fun. Another perk is that it’s dog friendly! We would highly recommend this establishment, and we will definitely make a stop anytime we find ourselves back in Gatlinburg.

I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg since I was a child. My husband and I got married here and we come several times a year. We were here for our 29th wedding anniversary and came to do the wine trail in Gatlinburg today. I’ve never had an experience like this before where someone was so rude at a tasting. We had bought 3 bottles of cider the day before and after the tasting our cups were snatched from us with a snide comment because we didn’t buy anything. We have sampled and bought from here many times but will never buy from them again. We proceeded to the next stop and bought from them instead, where Doug at Tennessee Homemade wines was awesome. So if you choose to still sample or buy from this company, avoid Sarah like the plague. If I could give a 0 for service I would.

Stopped in on our last stop of the wine trail and Jeremy was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable of the cider process and gave some great recommendations. I purchased a slushie to go and he made me a Mike and Sully. Hands down the best alcoholic slushie I've ever had! Thanks Jeremy!!
