So im not from around here but i came to visit my dad in Tennessee and we were both really hungry so we came to TGI Fridays for some food (my first time here), i ordered a pasta and my dad ordered a burger, our waitress was really kind to us but the food did take 25-30 minutes, after i had gotten my food, i was looking around the place just admiring this restaurant i’ve never been to, and i look over to see our waitress and the chef being really flirty and touchy, i understand it but just maybe don’t do that at a restaurant in front of eating customers, it was not a pleasant thing for my dad and i to see, it was also very uncomfortable for myself seeing this while im trying to eat in peace, other than that the place is well kept n great service.

I spent my 40th birthday in Gatlinburg. When I was asked where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner, I saw there was a TGI Fridays there. Of all the other fancy or themed restaurants in there area, I wanted to go to Fridays. And it did not disappoint. The "whiskey BBQ" sauce was just how I remembered it. When we were leaving, we noticed the paper on the window indicating the next day would be the last day the store was open. I was shocked. I works have never known it was the stores/employees last few days open. The food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. I'm sad to see another TGI Fridays going away, they are becoming hard to find now a days. But kudos to that crew and store for upholding service to the very end.

Hit this place up for a bit of a later dinner after several other options were closed. Turned out to be pleasantly surprised. They were very short staffed. About half the tables were empty, but still had a bit of a wait. After a rocky start waiting to get drink order taken, experience made a 180. Server turned out to be on top of it for the rest of the meal. Chicken sandwich and a Cobb salad, with both being very good. All of my wife's quirky add on requests for the salad we met with a "no problem". Would go back if we're in the area again.
This was actually my first time going to a TGI Fridays restaurant, and I was very impressed with the bacon cheeseburger. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the fries were delicious. They also had pretty good sweet tea.

I went twice the first time our table got this amazing waitress, Anita she really made you feel welcome. The second time was a different waitress with an uninterested waitress that was only there for the paycheck. But the food was a whole nother story. The food was amazing every time. Highly recommend the whiskey glaze burger.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Right off the street, there are no stairs. The only problem would be the doors, they are not automatic.
