Food was below standard of elevated dining. Burned/dry pork chops and dry chicken for salad. Looks good but flip the pork chops and shows burned meat. Don’t eat here.

Great Experience all around-No wait to dine during our visit and everyone was cordial and professional. Special acknowledgement to our waitress, Robin and Sally for going above and beyond to accommodate my wife’s need for gluten free offerings. We didn’t even think of it when ordering the chicken dish, but it came lightly breaded and they were more than accommodating and apologetic, taking immediate action to get another plate out that was GF. This was our mistake, not theirs!Great job all around to the staff there. The views and overall setting was extremely nice, too!Well done Cliff Top!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Accommodations

We were a table of 7 and still had great service. The food was pretty prompt and everything was delicious! The fried green tomatoes and cheese curds were our favorite appetizers. Kids enjoyed the Mac n cheese and chicken tenders. Burger and steak were cooked just the way we asked. And the VIEW... doesn't get much better!!Parking: No parking, just walk right in. This restaurant sits atop the Anakeesta cliff top and you have to take a life or ride in there transport vehicles.

Wow! What a phenomenal experience! We dined on a Sunday evening and they were very busy. Our food was initially incorrect, but our server and the restaurant manager made up for it ten fold. They brought us dessert on the house, and made us feel special about the birthday we were celebrating. I highly recommend this spot if you have the pleasure of visiting. Definitely order the shrimp and grits, you won't be disappointed!
Not very organized at all. Wait time is above what I would expect even for some place that touristy. Prices are way above most places in gatlinburg and that’s saying something. Just wasn’t impressed.
First time visiting Anakeesta and it was a complete disappointment. Spent $140 to go there. Our child was hungry, it was $4.00 for a bag of chips. You know like the small .50 cent bags you get at the gas stations. It will definitely be our last time visiting there. The website and photos make it look so much more fun and exciting than it actually is. Do not recommend.

This was our first time going to Anakeesta Saturday, March 16, 2023. We got hungry and came to your restaurant. It was ten of us. We all didn’t sit together but very close to each other. We all had a waitress name Joni. She was AMAZING! She really took very good care of us. She made sure we had everything we needed plus her wonderful hospitality to make our meal enjoyable. The manager even came by after our meal to make sure we were enjoying our stay and we had fun with him as well. My husband was teasing him and told him he thought the person who brought his food left with some of his fries. A few minutes later the manager came by and slid my husband some hot fries and told my husband he don’t like when people mess with his fries either. We all started laughing so loud.NO ONE out of our group had anything but nice things to say about how good the food was and the service. I would definitely come back again. I had the campfire trout, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My hubby and a few others raved about their Mt. Leconte, another at our table enjoyed the shuck chicken and some others raved about the bison burgers. If I come back to the park again, I would definitely come back to this restaurant.
