We are always on the lookout for healthy food on our travels, but that became a desperate need in Gatlinburg where this is literally the only place we found that fit the bill. Jan Brady who has owned this fabulous store and cafe for 21 years, makes her dishes from scratch. The food was so outstanding, I asked her how she learned to make such delicious food. Jan said that she grew up in the mountains of Virginia and just makes these offerings as she cooks for herself. It's vegan, gluten-free, and couldn't be taster or healthier, preservative free. This was the cutest cafe ever!! The lady in charge was so kind, I didn't catch her name, but she was the only one working! There are great healthy dining options and food and this is by far the best chicken salad sandwich I have had!! It also came with a side of your own choosing. The store had so many natural products and natural snacks/food. Everything about this place was super cute and had such a wonderful atmosphere!
