Waitress was knowledgeable, attentive, trained well or has had service modeled well to her.
Food was great, kitchen staff use too much pepper. Dessert menu lacking.
Hostess needs some training, it’s your first exposure. Genuineness and smiles are crucial. Sneakers don’t match the atmosphere of the experience.

Everything was excellent food, drinks and our server is awesome . This is now our favorite place, just didnt like sitting beside a broom decor hanging beside me while eating. But definitely will comeback here if im in gatlinburg.

The food was great, fast service and staggered perfectly for our party. My fav dish was the snapper as it was cooked perfectly and the reduction was delecious.
