I love the melting pot it’s my favorite restaurant in the whole world. Get the 4 corse meal with the alpine cheddar, then the house salad with house dressing. For the broth get mojo. Next select three of your favorite entrees. Ask for more veggies and dig into the fresh homemade sauces. Don’t forget the s’mores chocolate fondue.

Had a new server Lexi at this location and she did an amazing job. Great personality and great interaction. There was a minor issue with salad and she went above and beyond as an I'm sorry recovery by presenting an extra on the dessert. The restaurant seated us almost immediately and the food was good too. This was an anniversary dinner with my family and it was great. Thank you to Gatlinburg Melting Pot

My best friend and I love going to the Melting Pot for girls day! We have been to the Knoxville location and it was great! Food and service both! But this location (Gatlinburg) could improve in a couple areas… I don’t think they make their cheese sauce fresh at this location. In Knoxville the waiter made it right in front of us, it was hot and fresh. At this location, it came out already made and it was cold at first. We decided to just overlook that detail because the food was still good. The service however was very disappointing. Before he even sat down our chocolate, he was giving us our check. He just kept rushing us, the entire time. The Melting Pot isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience and I don’t want to be rushed through it. We weren’t even there 20 minutes at that point… Then the person that busses the tables came over and started picking up our plates that still had food on them, we decided that we were over it at this point so we decided to gather our things and just go before we got upset. Then this man proceeded to wipe down the table while we were still sitting there, dumping crumbs on us! We left very disappointed!

We enjoyed the complete experience for two, which is a 4-course meal. The loaded baked potato cheddar fondue was very flavorful! Our waiter, Rico, was polite and patient. He did a wonderful job. We’ve been to 3 other Melting Pots and they all prepared the cheese and chocolate fondues at the table, which was not the case here. Although this Melting Pot doesn’t have any parking, there is a parking garage called Bear Skin right next door that cost $20.Parking: The Melting Pot doesn’t have it’s own parking; but the Bear Skin Parking Garage is right next door and cost $20 when we visited.

Service was amazing, we celebrated our friends engagement here. They went above and beyond to make it a special night, our server Aslan was great and did a good job at explaining the menu and being attentive. Definitely a must if you’re in town!

Loveedddd coming here for our anniversary dinner! The food was delicious and very filling. You cook your own entrees! The cheese was good although if I came again I would not get the fiesta. Get a different cheese. Dessert was my favorite part! We got the caramel and chocolate mix. The service was 10/10 and we loved how they have private , intimate booths. It made it so romantic. Loved it!

The melting pot in Gatlinburg isn’t like others I have been too. They no longer make anything table side (which is the “experience” for me). Service is insanely slow. The place wasn’t even busy and it took an insanely long time. We were actually getting ready to get up from our table and leave cause we waited 20+ minutes for someone to come to our table. We were there over 2.5 hours. Not sure what took so long since everything is “premade” and brought to the table ready to eat. We saw our server very little. Basically to bring food and that was it. The person walking around bussing the table was new experience at a melting pot as well. Not very up scale but she was so very sweet and kept our tables nice and clean. We saw her more than our server. The guys at the hostess stand - fantastic! It was my daughters birthday and they made her feel special walking in. We spoke to the manager, Victoria, she was fantastic as well! She made my daughter feel like a million bucks and took her birthday over the top. However, For the price, this isn’t a melting pot experience. Save your money and go somewhere else in the area if you’re wanting to do the whole dinner experience.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu for 35 dollars they get their own 3 meats to cook, a portion of cheese and chocolate.

The kitchen staff wasn't as on top of it as they usually are. They put the wrong item on plates and sent out the wrong cooking style. Most definitely wasn't as good as they usually are.

We love fondue! We came for our anniversary, and have enjoyed celebrating with fondue several times before. This was our first time at this location. The view is nice, but the service was slow. The staff was nice, though.

Decor was dusty and dirty. We had one person in our party with shell fish allergy and the waitress was not accommodating. In the past we had a totally different experience at this same Melting Pot in the way they handled the food allergy. Our waitress was not nice- worst melting pot experience to date. They were out of filet in the ala crate menu but not in the big night out. No pasta at all. Not good Gatlinbug melting pot!

The service and atmosphere were excellent both times my wife and I have eaten here. Servers were very attentive and prompt in bringing out courses. The cheese and chocolate courses are by far the best, I highly recommend skipping the entrée and salad courses which aren't worth the money. If you want some meat with your dinner, get the charcuterie board with the cheese course. Dipping the meats from the charcuterie board in the cheese is quicker, cheaper, and much more flavorful than than boiling the meats in the entrée course.I strongly recommend getting the dark chocolate and asking for extra fruit as well (strawberries + dark chocolate is the ultimate combo).Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a date night or just a fun, unique, and tasty experience.

We came in celebration of Valentines day. We made reservations 3 weeks in advance & showed up 10 minutes early. My only complaint is that we had to wait to be seated on a Reservation & we didn't get a server without having to ask for one after waiting 10 minutes to be noticed.Food was good, if you have never dined here before you will be cooking your own food. My husband was surprised. I knew already lol, it's the "experience" it's a simple and fool proof process. We chose the Guinness cook pot flavor for main entree pictured, our cheese was the bacon option, charcuterie was not impressive compared to other dining charcuterie experiences but it wasn't bad. They decorated for the occasion with a lot of balloons and decor, I missed taking a photo of that. Apologies. Dessert was nice, we chose the Turtle Fambe'ed option.
