“A smaller, cozy spot where the wait staff provides outstanding service while serving great home-cooked food from the kitchen. I always notice how clean the dining area is and Trishs passed with flying colors. Keep up the good work and we will always return when we’re in the Gatlinburg area!“

“Staff was very attentive, the Cafe Late was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was well timed to come out right as I was finishing my drink. Personal preference, but I would recommend the more traditional breakfasts over the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs.“

“I stayed on the 14th floor. The view was spectacular; the fall foliage at its peak. The food was fair. The bed was very comfortable. The room attendants were great; we always had fresh towels.
They have started charging for parking, which was new since my last visit. That really gets expensive if you have a large group.“

“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .“
