This restaurant completely surprised me! I was in the area already and was craving Japanese food and saw this place online. Stopped by and wow, blew my mind! Very, very good food and the host is incredibly nice! The pork belly skewer was insanely good and the pork tonkatsu is even better! I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough and I highly recommend it! The atmosphere is also very cool and unique with the honeycomb seating and the private booths.
The foods not bad but its also not good either. Cool atmosphere but the curtains tend to make customers feel comfortable like they are walls and everyone talks waaaay louder than normal so be prepared to be disturbed
They’re a ramen shop but I highly recommend their rice dish. I keep hearing about the Japanese egg omelet rice dish being one of the most iconic Japanese food, but never found a place in the states making it. I was so surprised to see this item on the menu, and they absolutely nailed it, so delicious. The egg is very creamy, there’s stuffing in there as well, and it goes well with rice and curry.
