My daughter ordered off DoorDash a small pepperoni pizza and cinnamon squares the pizza arrived with absolutely nothing on it hard and crust that was burned. We called the store and spoke to a representative asking to have it remade and that we would come in and get it. The young lady transferred me to her manager Parker who came on the phone with an attitude immediately. I explained the same thing to him as I had already told the young lady. The manager hung up on me and my wife twice
Usually, the pizza is spot on. Tonight they were dry and flavorless, cheese better than the spinach. I called to let them know that they may have left off the sauce. He apologized. He said he’d do better. I guess these will have to do.
