Excellent thin crust pizza. I had the supreme and tried some of the pepperoni. I also had their Greek salad and it was great.

July 2025 Review: As always another good pizza made by Memphis Pizza Cafe in Germantown. This time it's the Chicken Garlic small pizza. Tastes great. Thin pizza crust with plenty of garlic flavor and plenty of chicken. 2022 Review: Great thin crust pizza. Service is always A+. Food is always good. They have other options than just pizza.

I have bought pizza from the Germantown location for years. I called from my business at 4:00 to ensure I would be able to pick up 4 pizzas at 5:00, as I had a house full of people coming. When I arrived at 5:00, the pizzas were not ready, although the person I spoke with said they would be ready for pick up at 5:00. After paying for them and asking about them twice when they would be ready, I began to feel angry and told them I really needed my pizzas and to leave. A young, very unprofessional male with a baseball cap on backwards said- “I don’t care.” He told me he was the manager when I asked. I asked his name. He said- “It is none of your business.” I also told him I had called an hour beforehand to ensure they be ready, since I was very pressed for time. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it. He was extremely rude and disrespectful and never once apologized for not having them ready. The entire group behind the counter were swaying to music and could not care less as I stood at the counter. I was appalled that he would talk to a customer the way he did and not even apologize I will never spend 1 more cent at this place, although my family and I have literally spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant in years past.

Given the amount of pink slime on the bathroom sinks and the grime on the walls, it is clear they do not take cleanliness seriously. I then watched a worker wipe his mouth on a towel that was hanging on his shoulder and use the same un-gloved hand to make a sandwich. I will definitely not come to this location again.

We called in a carry-out order for 4 pizzas, 2 large salads, 2 cheese sticks and extras. We were told on the phone it would be 40-45 minutes.

After checking in 40 minutes later, they THEN submitted the order to the kitchen; but not until after we paid.

It was an extra 35 minutes to get our order.

Very disappointed… they should have asked for a card to pay to begin with.

Service was decent but the calzone I ordered was the driest/worst calzone I’ve ever had. I also found random bits of things I didn’t order on my calzone like a random bite with pineapple and a green chile both of which I didn’t order on my calzone. I also waited for an hour for it to come out. Maybe the pizza is better? It was a disappointing meal.

Thanks to the Germantown location for continually making me wait 30+ minutes past my pickup time and then having the audacity to service some burnt mess inside a pizza box. The lovely attitudes of all the workers was the icing on the cake.
