I recently had an outstanding dining experience at Local Lime in Germantown, all thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Manager Chloe. Despite an unexpected mishap involving spilled water, Chloe went above and beyond to turn the situation around. The ambiance is beautiful. The interior decoration really makes this place . The restaurant is located in a nice and safe area in Germantown . There was a small wait for dining . We decided to dine at the bar for a quicker service . The bartenders were friendly and worked swiftly. The cocktails were great . The food was "okay ". The salmon was a little dry and the tacos were fine.

I really think it would behoove this place to implement a reservation system. It's always a 30+ minute wait and you can not make reservations nor can you call and have your name added to the list. Your only option is to walk in and add your name to the list and wait. It is also EXTREMELY LOUD. I have not gotten a chance to eat here because it's sensory overload in the waiting area and I just can not sit there for that long nor do I want to wait in my car that long. 3 stars because...read full review
