Our server, Crystal, was just amazing and so sweet. She took great care of us and made sure we always had everything we needed. “I visited this location on Saturday August 23rd 2025 and idk what they are doing at this location that every other location I’ve ever been to (and it’s A LOT) ISN’T doing but they need to be 1st off I forgot to tell them that I didn’t want any onions or pickles on my burger and I remembered right before they brought us our order, even so they still without being mad or having that face of UGH!! Made my burger how I wanted it and brought it out with our entire order. That burger was THE ABSOLUTE BEST BURGER FROM A MCDONALD’S I’VE EVER HAD hands down no other location even comes close I could actually taste the salt and pepper and meat and cheese separately but while I was chewing an entire bite I’m telling you I’ve never tasted a burger so good, I would even go so far as to say best burger from any restaurant EVER!!!!! Thank you Dresden, TN McDonald’s I will return 😎”

“Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Such nice kids working in this store. Every time I come in there even it's just me in the store, all three or four employees they always welcome me with a smile and wait eagerly to serve me. One young man, his name is William I like to especially thank for taking the time explaining to me what the Beast sandwich was. Store is always clean, meat and veggies are always fresh and they always get my order right, which is important. I've seen reviews on here about the workers canceling online orders. I had my online order canceled before and I called the main Subway office to inquire about it and I was told the software automatically cancels the orders and still isn't fixed, it's not the workers and they can't give you a refund because the order never actually went through. The software will automatically put it back on your card which happened with me. So don't blame workers for that it's not their fault”

We will try one tomorrow on our town and see if they can get crocks they want one for mommy and Nem'ma me! Please help!”
