Each Krystal restaurant is different regarding quality & service BUT the Goodlettsville store is my go to when I get the craving. Fries and Burgers were hot and although there was a minor glitch with my order, Arthur flagged me down and made it right. Above and beyond service was greatly appreciated. Outstanding.
Order 24 Krystal’s just to give them a try again a year later to see if they got better and once again they where not cook ice cold like they come out of the refrigerator..so disappointed a waste of time and money..
I can't believe all the bad reviews, come on down to any krystals in or around Birmingham Alabama. Then you'll worship this one. My husband an I ate here when he was working in Goodlettsville and the krystals were off the chain good like they used to be when I was a kid. At any other krystal around were we are from the bun is soggy i think they dip them in water and the meat has nasty gunk on it and the onions are awful. The fries are top-notch, and the recent change in management has improved the overall dining experience. This location is open 24 hours and is a solid location serving the great stuff. The service can be slightly slow as each customer gets their stuff made to order, but that is a small price to pay for getting it fresh and good. They have excellent onion rings that are highly recommended. The staff is extremely professional and makes sure the food is hot. Their work ethic is appreciated.
