it's that type of place that the waitresses call you "darlin' &" hun".... the locals give each other a good natured hard time & everybody connects over good
Don't let the unkempt exterior, less than perfectly clean interior, or the torn booth benches deter you from eating at Amy's. Prices are real low, the staff's friendly, and the food pretty solid in terms of quantity and taste. The BLT, pinto beans, and homemade cole slaw were A+. Apparently the locals love Amy's - the place was full at noontime.

We just happened to see Amy's and sure were glad we did. The waitress was wonderful as well as the food. The prices are great. Will be back for the hot lunch special.
