Sometimes good, but recently seems like they've had a high turnover and are more interested and speeding up their times than actually getting the food out. They consistently ask people to pull up to bring out their food and miss items all together.
Ah yes my favorite McDonalds. Its so rare to find a fast food establishment thay genuinely cares about the food that is being made. When I say every order I have had was fresh, hot, and service as, always is exceptional, I mean it. It has gotten to the point where I have droven to this McDonalds rather than the one closest to me, just for the superb quality. Please never change.
The McDs in Greenfield is great. Friendly staff, service top notch, super clean facilities and food cooked fresh. Everyone I saw was doing something. Nobody standing around on their phones. Best McDonald's I've seen in a long time.

McDonald's has a convenient drive-thru, but food freshness can sometimes be a concern. Inside, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing quick service. A team member cleaning the lobby was especially welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. The restaurant features a nice play area for kids, creating a kid-friendly atmosphere with iconic characters that younger visitors may not recognize. There is ample free parking, and it is wheelchair accessible. Options for those with dietary restrictions include salads, bottled water, and yogurt. While one customer mentioned they don't usually eat here, they noted the excellent frappes. Customers have had positive experiences with mobile orders, as food is delivered quickly and remains hot and fresh. Suggestions have been made to bring back the cinnamon sticks from before COVID and to design a drive-thru for delivery services like Door Dash or McDelivery.
