We used the app. Got to Sonic, checked in, waited 15 mins. Pushed button someone came out to check. They immediately brought out our ice cream. It was melted!! ? Very disappointed! Why use the app if they're not going to recognize it!
I think they are go for fast food, especially when the weather is bad and you just want to relax in your car. The car hops are always polite and will go the extra mile if you need anything else
