“I got the bbq plate, and it was good , but I didn't taste much smoke flavor. I courious if it is hickory pit cooked or electric pit cooked? I liked the pitato salad. The beans could have used a bit more flavor. The slaw had to be pre made from a food supplier, I've tasted that flavor at food shows, and I don't care for it. I'm old school, and I like vinegar slaw with my bbq. I'm probably more critical than most because I've spent 34 years of my career in food service. I would prefer a bun or loaf bread over the buttered texas toast, but that's just my preference. I'm almost sure the menu said 1/2 bbq . It wasn't that much , I'm guessing 1/4 to 1/3 lb but not 1/2 lb. If it was, it would have been a much higher plate. Ok, I had a lot of negative comments, but I'm critical about food because I've done it so long. All that to say, I would go back I would just order diffently , probably a sandwich with chips and a drink.“

“A wonderful friendly atmosphere. Seemed more like a gathering place of friends and family. The waitresses, Holly and Melanie, are very friendly and courteous and gave us a very warm welcome. The first time we went, everybody was so nice and friendly. We have gone there several Saturday nights and will definitely be going back!“
