“The food is great and the service is excellent. The atmosphere could be better if they would advertise. I went here to eat after an Ole Miss game. It was empty. I know that their name isn't on the sign by the Jackson Ave traffic light where Walmart is advertising. I recommend mailing out coupons to draw a crowd. A live band on a Saturday night the parking lot is big enough to set up a stage. Just something I think would help.“
“Moes is one of our favorite places to eat in Oxford and the food and service is always phenomenal. Today was no different.. we arrived to a packed house, as expected the day after a football game. They’d run out of some menu items, but that allowed us to try new things and they were overly accommodating to us. Thanks moes crew, we will see you guys again soon.“
“One of our go to places for real good comfort food. So far our favorite is the French dip sandwich. The bread is hot and soft with lots of roast beef and cheese. Their salads are very good too. Their burgers are also very good. We took an out of town relative who ordered the Ruben sandwich and he said it was the best one he'd ever eaten. And he was in his 70's.“
“If you are wanting a piece of Oxford history, this is your place, in business for 30+ years. Wait staff was amazing and Bella was not wrong on the dishes that she recommended. My husband and I ordered a salad to split and then each had our own entree, it was definitely the way to go to not be to full. Looking forward to trying different dishes next time (maybe)“
“Shout out to Funkys Pizza & Daiquiri Oxford, Mississippi for exemplary service and drinks. Hands down Octane is my favorite daiquiri, while they have a large selection to choose from. The BBQ Chicken Nachos were toasted to perfection, with large portions (share with friends?) and the Sweet Baby Ray's slams it over the top. The Mosquito pizza was a hit. Service was on point. “The food and atmosphere were top notch. My only complaint is the waitress didn't show herself but twice. Once to take our order and once to bring the food out. It was closer to end of the night as well, she never saw this as time to check on customers still present and when stopped to ask about our bill she pointed to the small kiosk on the table and kept going on her way. “I recently dined at Casa Mexicana, and it was an outstanding experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful waiters. The atmosphere was delightful, featuring great music and lighting, creating a friendly and fun ambiance. The margarita tower I ordered was one of the best I've ever tried.The highlight, however, was the food. The queso with chorizo and chips made for an excellent appetizer. For my main course, I had the chimichanga with steak, chicken, chorizo, and shrimp—an absolute delight. The dish was seasoned beautifully, bursting with incredible flavors, and the meats were cooked to perfection. Without a doubt, it's the best Mexican food I've ever had. “Nice little place close almost right in the square. It was very busy on a Saturday at lunch but we only had to wait 5 minutes. They were working hard to turn the tables quickly. I ordered a chicken pesto calzone and it was pretty big! It was made just right. A combo of chicken pesto and cheese. My son had a kids spaghetti and it came with a massive meatball.
