“We were visiting Oxford for the day and decided to try it. We live in Olive Branch and they are getting ready to build one here so why not? The food was fine, but honestly I don't think it's any better then all the other places that sell chicken tenders. However, the service we got was fantastic! Angel waited on us and she was so friendly and pleasant! She deserves an A+! The food was hot and came pretty quickly. And Angel also walked over at the end of our meal and gave us 2 free donuts. So nice! The restaurant was clean and parking was easy.“

“I have had positive experiences with the service at Casa Mexicana on the two prior occasions that I’ve been. Yesterday, I took family from out of town for lunch and expected a similar experience. I was disappointed when the server assigned to our table ended her shift without telling us and we were not told who our new server would be. Then, all of our orders were brought out incorrectly. They had to take the orders all over again and remake food for us, extending the lunch longer than planned. The food was very good when it was finally right, but at the expense of the service. When I told the manager politely what had happened, he did not apologize or acknowledge the problem. He listened stonefaced to my explanation and offered 10 percent off. While the discount was appreciated, what should have happened was an apology as well. People make mistakes - that’s ok. But when it happens, they should respect your concern, take responsibility for the issue, and apologize. I would still come back, but this issue with service needs to be addressed.“

“I have eaten at Southern Coop for years. Saturday night, after the biggest football game of the season, a friend and I were so hungry that I introduced her to Southern Coop. This was my first time at the new location. All I can say is it’s awesome from the front door to leaving. The girls at the register are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The management/owners are visible and attentive, making sure the place runs smoothly. Go see them!“

“As the parents of an Ole Miss grad, I can safely say that Funky’s has always been our favorite spot for dinner, drinks, and the ultimate party experience in Oxford. We never miss a visit to Funky’s whenever we’re in town. Best pizza and daiquiris in town!“

“We love this place so much because of so many healthy options and even dessert! We come for lunch every time we visit Oxford. However, today we visited and noticed the prices listed on the sign did not add up to our bill. When we asked, we were told the prices are actually significantly higher than listed. Even the “add cheese or fruit for 1.00” is now $1.50. The cashier didn’t seem too concerned and even uncaring about it when we were trying to figure out the math. Please either change the prices on your sign or make sure your cashiers give customers a heads up on the increase in prices BEFORE they order! We still love this place and will be back, but were a bit disappointed at the service today.“

“Back Nine has great food and an awesome atmosphere. Simulators are a great time with multiple sports options. Looking forward to stopping by again when I come in town this fall to catch a football game.“

“Awarded the best margaritas in town, they are half price on Saturdays, super friendly staff. All around a great experience. We did get there at peak lunch time with a party of 7 so we had to wait for a table. A party of 4 or less is practically no wait at all, even during peak hours. Food was great and I don't think we had any leftovers, which is strange for my family. We tried the pimento hummus as an appetizer and it was surprisingly delicious.“

“I took some friends to El Charles Sunday May 5th. To me the food was "off" but since we were enjoying each others company I chose not to say anything. Our waiter, Gavin, seemed overwhelmed. However, he never blinked an eye at our requests. Im willing to eat there again in the future“

“completely burned steak. No call return. First time in life had this happen. Worker thinks ok to put a burned steak, which is not safe to eat, in my order. They don't care.“
