They need help and I will admit waiting more than 10 minutes for my food turned me into a Karen they were nice and the food was good and coffee order spot on.

I've never been one to leave a negative review like this, but this older person with tattoos and a beard, really got under my skin. He took 20 orders before deciding to serve anyone, then proceeded to just serve thr easy orders. Yes, just making sweet tea is easy, but waiting 40 mins to make a frozen hot chocolate is ridiculous.

I've had 5 bad experiences with the same employee. I told management about it today, told mgmt they needed to train their counter guys, and mgmt threatens to trespass me.
I'm fine with driving the extra fifteen minutes to go to the Elizabethton store. Etown is open 24 hours. Etown never gets my order wrong at the register.
Hampton, try to be more like the other stores, yeah?

I order from the Hampton dunkin every day, and every day what u order is a mystery because it's NEVER made the same...today my iced latte with 3 French vanilla swirls was totally milk and a shot of espresso....most of the staff is too busy complaining about their work environment and who is talking about who to get my order correct ? This stuff is expensive and I expect to get my danged 3 swirls next time!

It is ok sometimes... IMHO often the coffee is so bitter to the point of not liking it at all. Even if I get lots of stuff put in it. But I know some people love Dunkin'. The donuts are Great some days but no so much on others. Hit and miss. I wish they had their donuts stored in an enclosed glass case to keep more of the air out so they would not DRY OUT. More than that, it would keep flies out!!! I was at a Dunkin once and there were a BUNCH of flies all in the case! The lady acted like nothing was there! I left. GROSS ? Just do your own thing, I guess. ??

Maybe we came at the right time today, around noon, but was extremely happywith the service, cleanliness and drink products. Much better than our local Dunkin Donuts, especially in cleanliness!!

I used to love coming up to the Dunkin Near my house in Hampton, I have come in on a number of occasions around 8:30pm to get some coffee and the employee sitting around. When I walked up to ask for my coffee they ask hot or ice? I tell them hot the response is the same. We can't make hot coffee because we just cleaned. I am understanding and I came up again tonight and when I asked for hot coffee the girl huff and Puff sign sounds this is absolutely ridiculous the way customers are treated this day and time I will not return obviously I can spend my money elsewhere I'm getting the hint I'm not welcome there so I guess I will find a better spot to get my late night coffee
Friendly staff, great service. My order is always correct and consistent at this location. We order here sometimes two times a day and it’s always busy but very fast and always clean. By far- this location beats the newer Elizabethton location all around!!

This Dunkin is by far much better than the newer one in Elizabethton. Much better customer service- very nice and welcoming unlike the other location. The drink I get every single day tasted so much better here, never realized just how bad the other location was! No sugar at the bottom and the drink was actually mixed! We will definitely make this our location of choice from this point on!! The difference is night and day!
